This unique 2-days training course focuses on lecture and mini-workshop is one of the different approaches available. A Certificate of Competency will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the course, passes the professional interview/examination conducted by CIDB.

(The entry and accreditation requirements apply to Malaysian and foreigners set by Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB). The accreditation methods are Method I: Training & Assessment; Method II: Examination Paper; Method III: Recognition Prior Learning and Education)
Degree in Construction /
an entry for Facility Management Manager, requirement with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry
Diploma in Construction / Non-Construction field
an entry for Facility Management Executive requirement with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
