WHICH REQUIREMENTS AND PRIOR KNOWLEDGE DO I NEED FOR PARTICIPATING IN A TRAINING COURSE?
The training descriptions contain the prerequisites for the participation in the training (e.g. the entry requirement for competency based programmes). Some of this knowledge can also be obtained through practical workplace experience. A gasp of technical concepts is usually sufficient to attend basic training courses.
IN WHICH LANGUAGE ARE THE TRAINING COURSES HELD?

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS FOR THE TRAINING COURSES?
The maximum number of participants for Competency Based Programmes are 25 pax and 50 pax maximum for other courses like Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Specialist Product Sharing Session.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING FOR THE TRAINING?
Writing materials and training documents are provided in the training. You might want to bring your own stencils and notepad and lots of motivations.
ARE FOOD AND DRINKS PROVIDED DURING THE TRAINING?
During the training (0800 - 1700hr), you get drinks, snacks and lunch free of charge. These are included in your training fee.
MUST I ATTEND THE TRAINING COURSES IN THE SPECIFIED ORDER?
For Competency Based Programmes: We recommend attending the training courses in the specified order. For the correct sequence, please refer to the event schedule in the Upcoming Event menu or from the itinerary provided by Mega Jati ACADEMY (upon request). Only in this way, the desired learning effect can be achieved.

HOW DO I KNOW AT WHICH DATE A TRAINING COURSE IS HELD?
The training dates can be reffered to 2019 calendar year programme. If due to high demand, additional training courses are offered during the year, this will be indicated online at www.megajatiacademy.com

ARE ALL TRAINING COURSES HELD THAT ARE PUBLISHED IN THE CATALOG?
The decision as to whether the training is to be held or not is made no later than two weeks prior to the start of the training (minimum number of participants). If the training is canceled, registered participants will be notified in writing or through email for (for those who has registred in the system). The training course will be rescheduled, if possible.
Our training sessions are offered at different locations in all over Malaysia, including in our academy in U5, Shah Alam. For more detailed information on our training locations, please refer to the information online at our training locations.
DO THE CONTENTS OF IDENTICAL TRAINING SESSIONS AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS DIFFER?
The location does not influence the contents of the training. If one training course (e.g. Certified Construction Site Supervisor - Civil & Structure) is offered at different locations, there are no differences regarding the contents as compared to the identical training at another location.
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR DURING THE TRAINING?
Parking is free at our training academy in U5, Shah Alam. If this is the case at other training location, we will definitely find an ample location with ample car parks and public transportation.
WHERE DO I GET THE DIRECTIONS FOR THE TRAINING LOCATIONS?
You can find the directions for the relevant training location on the training ticket upon your registration through the web.
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A TRAINING?
You can simply register by browsing the Upcoming Event and click Register button to register. The system will tour you to the end of the process. Your registration will be notified through your keyed-in valid email address..
HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER I AM REGISTERED FOR A TRAINING COURSE?
You will receive confirmation of your course registration by email. Your registration is only complete with this written confirmation.
HOW CAN I CANCEL A TRAINING COURSE?
For the cancellation conditions, please refer to our T&C at the end of this training program registration (reference in your notification email). Please send us the cancellation by email to email@example.com
WILL I KNOW WHETHER THE TRAINING PROGRAM BEEN CANCELLED OR POSTPONED?
Yes. The you will receive an email notification mentioning the cancellation or postponing of your registered training program.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COMPETENCY CERTIFICATION?
You will only entitle your competency certification once you successfully pass all required and stated assessments. Competency Certificate (issued by relevant Board of Certification) will be issued prior payment acceptance from you (refer your letter of information from relevant body).
WILL TRAINING DOCUMENTS BE PROVIDED?
Appropriate training documents will be provided for all training courses.
CAN I ALSO GET THE TRAINING DOCUMENTS FROM PREVIOUS TRAINING COURSES IN DOWNLOADABLE FORM?
Yes, you can also view the documents from past training courses in downloadable form. Temporarily, the medium is still under construction. Be patient.
DO I GET A CERTIFICATE AFTER PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING?
The trainer will hand out a certificate of attendance on the last day of the training if fit has been completed (at least 75% attendance).
HOW MUCH DOES A TRAINING COURSE COST?
For the training fee, please refer to the trainin description for each course in the website. The training fee comprises extensive training documents auxiliary material as well as snacks and lunch, tax and assessment fee (for Certified Construction Site Supervisor and Certified Construction Project Manager - Crash Course). We will send the invoice to your company once you have completed the training course. Please inform us of a different invoice address before the training.
CAN I MAKE A REFUND OF MY TRAINING COURSE FEE?
Refund is only practiced for postponed training program (by Mega Jati ACADEMY). Refund does not apply to any unattended training program.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE HOTEL AT THE TRAINING LOCATION MYSELF?
As a training participant or registering party, you are responsible for booking the accommodation. Various overnight accommodation options are available at the training locations. You may want to have some guidance, please contact us at +6017 419 3031 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
DO THE HOTELS OFFER A SPECIAL RATE FOR TRAINING PARTICIPANTS?
The training participants have to pay the regular price for overnight stays.
