This is a full modular course utilizing CIDB learning modules. Each programs has various number of learning modules. The full course will be conducted under the rules and regulation of Assessment Method I (Training and Assessment).

Facility Management Manager / Executive requires the skills and expertise to the construction industry. Because a construction project is always shifting, an ideal facility manager / executive must possess a large array of experience and know-how to handle diverse teams and meet assorted objectives. The certified program will walk you through the must-know basics, as well as the essential principles of supervision, scheduling, monitoring & control, and authority liaison and good communication in facility Management.
Mega Jati ACADEMY with collaboration with CIDB is providing a preparatory training program to train construction personnel who are involved in building / infrastructure facility management to be competent in their job function and will ensure that every construction site/project is supervised/managed properly with Best Practices in accordance with the legal requirements. The guidance, tips and advice shared from the experienced and established trainers/speakers produce quality competent Facility Manager / Executive and demonstrate competency against the Construction Industry Competency Standard (CICS).
This unique 2-days training course focuses on lecture and mini-workshop is one of the different approaches available. A Certificate of Competency will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the course, passes the professional interview/examination conducted by CIDB.

The training descriptions contain the prerequisites for the participation in the training (e.g. the entry requirement for competency based programmes). Some of this knowledge can also be obtained through practical workplace experience. A gasp of technical concepts is usually sufficient to attend basic training courses.

Mega Jati ACADEMY is a certified training provider for Suruhanjaya Tenaga is providing a preparatory training program to train potential Energy Manager who are involved in managing Electrical Energy to be competent in their job function. Function and duties as a REEM are to audit and analyze, advise in developing and implementing measures, monitor the implementation of the measures, supervise record keeping, and ensure the timely submission of information and reports.
The 4-days and 2-days training courses which focus on lecture and mini-workshop are one of the different approaches available. - No construction site supervisor or skilled construction worker shall be involved or engaged or undertake to be involved or engaged as a construction site supervisor or skilled construction worker unless he is accredited and certified by the Lembaga and holds a valid certificate issued by the Lembaga under this Act.

The registration is needed for the purpose of the Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulations (EMEER) 2008. The regulation applies to big energy users (equal or exceeding 3 million kWh over any period not exceeding 6 consecutive months).
A Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) shall be appointed according to the Regulations
"No person shall engage in, be employed or hold himself out as a REEM for the purposes of this Regulations unless the person has been registered by the Commission"

At least one Technical Personnel of a contractor company shall be accredited as Facility Management Manager (FMM) or Facility Management Executive (FME) for a new CIDB contractor registration or lisence renewal.

This course is presented entirely in physical lecture, discussion, presentation by CIDB accredited trainers.
Knowledge Assessment (KA) in every module shall be conducted. KA is an assessment consists of 4 subjectives question to be answered 2 questions by the candidates and submit at the end of the course.
Performance Assessment (PA) in every module shall be conducted and submitted within 14-days upon course completion.
Passing marks for both assessment KA and PA is 70%.
